E 'spent more than a month after the birth of my daughter and everything seems to have stabilized.
Now I run three times a week even though times are different in fact I often go to sleep after putting my two small, around 22, 22 and 30 trails lit up of 10-11 km. On Tuesday however the break with a little 'longer I can do a 16-18 on the streets of Park and San Mauro Colletta.
I hope to return soon to run with the rest of the group.
